What do we need?

As a Senior Flutter Developer with a background in the fintech industry and a strong foundation in iOS native development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create elegant, efficient, and secure solutions that enhance our user experience.

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of mobile development experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.

• Experience with iOS native development using Swift and/or Objective-C.

• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, and design patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider).

• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.

• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter mobile applications.

• Build and deliver complex mobile features while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

• Optimize, refactor, and maintain existing codebases.

• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.

• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.

• Mentor and support junior developers.

• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.

• Ensure consistency of user experience across supported platforms, including iOS.

• Implement and maintain security, compliance, and data protection requirements.

• Contribute to technical design decisions, architecture, and development best practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or high-frequency systems.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture.
