What do we need?

As a Senior Flutter Developer with a background in the fintech industry and a strong foundation in iOS native development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create elegant, efficient, and secure solutions that enhance our user experience.

What we're looking for?

• Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience.

• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and the Flutter ecosystem.

• Extensive experience in iOS native development (Swift/Objective-C).

• Advanced knowledge of mobile app architecture, state management, and design patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and data integration.

• A track record of delivering high-quality code on time.

• Experience with Git and version control best practices.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) is a plus.

• Knowledge of financial technologies (fintech) and the regulatory environment is highly desirable.

What you'll do?

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to architect, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications that align with our fintech goals.

• Lead the development of complex features and functionalities within the mobile application, ensuring performance and security standards are met.

• Optimize and refactor code to improve the overall application performance and maintainability.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter developments and best practices to incorporate them into the development process.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the development team.

• Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and bug fixes.

• Contribute to the development of a consistent and appealing user interface across various platforms, including iOS.

• Maintain a strong focus on security, compliance, and data protection, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or high-frequency systems.
