asset management activities.

What do we need?

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who’s passionate about building reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure to support high-performance systems. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that power Awaed’s trading platform.

From improving system reliability and performance to enhancing automation, monitoring, and security practices, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Engineering, Product, and Data teams to enable smooth deployments, ensure system stability, and support the continuous delivery of high-quality solutions — helping shape the future of digital trading in the region.

What we're looking for?

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field like Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud services (IDCS, VCN, Compute Instances, OCR, OKE, OSS, DRG, Buckets, DB system, S2S VPN, LBs, Email Delivery, and vulnerability scanning).

• Strong Experience with Terraform as IAC, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Helm, Ingress Controllers, Health checks, GitHub, Jenkins, Vault,

• Solid Experience in automating Logging, Alerting, and Monitoring (Alert Manager, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Kibana, New Relic, Datadog)

• Strong knowledge of code analytics software like SonarQube.

• Strong Experience in Databases and message broker implementation configuration (SQL, MySQL, CockroachDB, Mongo, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL)

• Strong Knowledge in Linux and Networking, Nginx, Ansible, Git, SAML SSO implementation, Bash scripting, Python, Active Directory, SOC, DLP, MDM, WAF, Patch management, Cloudflare.

• Strong Knowledge in API6 API Gateway implementation and configuration.

• Experience with security and vulnerability tools (Trend Micro Deep Security and Endpoint Security)

• Experience with OaS Harding and vulnerability patching for Linux and Windows servers

• Experience with root cause analysis and postmortems.

What you'll do?

• Consulting with management on the operational requirements of software solutions.

• Contributing expertise on information system options, risk, and operational impact.

• Mentoring junior software developers in gaining experience and assuming DevOps responsibilities.

• Managing the installation and configuration of solutions.

• Collaborating with developers on software requirements, as well as interpreting test stage data.

• Developing interface simulators and designing automated module deployments.

• Completing code and script updates, as well as resolving product implementation errors.

• Overseeing routine maintenance procedures and performing diagnostic tests.

• Documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or high-frequency systems.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture.
