What do we need?

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who’s responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. This role acts as a bridge between development and operations, ensuring seamless software delivery through automation, robust CI/CD pipelines, and proactive monitoring. As a senior technical leader, this individual will drive architectural decisions and foster a culture of continuous improvement and DevSecOps integration.

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field like Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of Cloud services OCI, AWS, or GCP.

• Strong Experience with Terraform as IAC, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Helm, Ingress Controllers, Health checks, GitHub, Jenkins, Vault,

• Solid Experience in automating Logging, Alerting, and Monitoring (Alert Manager, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Kibana, New Relic, Datadog)

• Strong Experience in Databases and message broker implementation configuration (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL)

• Strong Knowledge in Linux and Networking, Nginx, Ansible, Git, SAML SSO implementation, Bash scripting, Python, Active Directory, SOC, DLP, MDM, WAF, Patch management, Cloudflare.

• Strong Knowledge in API6 API Gateway implementation and configuration.

• Experience with security and vulnerability tools (Trend Micro Deep Security and Endpoint Security)

• Experience with OaS Harding and vulnerability patching for Linux and Windows servers

• Experience with root cause analysis and postmortems.

What will you do?

• Architect, manage, and scale cloud environments on OCI.

• Provision and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Monitor resource utilization and implement cloud cost optimizations.

• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

• Automate manual operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Go.

• Execute advanced deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary, rolling) for zero-downtime releases.

• Build, optimize, and manage Docker container images.

• Deploy and administer production-grade Kubernetes clusters.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

• Define and track SLIs and SLOs to ensure system high availability.

• Lead incident response, troubleshoot complex outages, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Manage backups and execute disaster recovery protocols.

• Integrate SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning into CI/CD pipelines.

• Administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) and secrets management (HashiCorp Vault).

• Ensure infrastructure complies with security standards (SOC2, GDPR, ISO 27001).

Nice to have:

• Strong knowledge of OCI Cloud services is a plus.

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or high-frequency systems.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture.

• Knowledge of low-latency system optimization.
